Privacy

This service records attendance on behalf of the company you work for. Your company decides how the data is used; we run the service for them.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number, job title and photo, if you add one.
• Clock-in and clock-out times, and the location reading taken at that moment to confirm you were at the workplace. Location is never tracked in the background.
• Leave requests, corrections and the reasons you give for leaving early.
• Salary information, if your employer enters it, to calculate deductions and overtime.

Who can see it

Admins and managers at your company can see attendance for the people they manage. You can see your own records at any time in the app. The platform operator can access data only to provide support or keep the service running.

Emails

We send one-time codes, password links, decisions on your requests and a weekly summary. Your company admin can turn weekly summaries off.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted, and the database is backed up daily. Ask your company admin to correct or remove your data.
